| The coil grounds on the front of the drivers side head. The battery grounds where the alt support bracket bolts to the front of the engine. I'm not sure if you need to do anything to the acc bracket since it isn't used to ground anything. You can also run the battery ground to the stud used to mount the a/c compressor on the side ofthe engine if it's more convenient.
Looking good man. | |

| Nice pic, Steve! Yummah! And Mark, you are right about the acc bracket. You need to clean the paint off the front and back of the bolt face and the spot on the head where it will touch for that battery ground to be good. I forgot that on the caddy. Lotsa smoke from that eeny-weenie 12 gauge ground from the battery to the fender. Spray more paint at the top of the heads/timing cover, intake or that'll turn ugly quick, too. Looks effin awesome, BTW. _________________ Bill "The Verb" Crovo - Resident Car Slut & Unicorn Hunter A Toasted Marshmallow, A Long German, A Lame Suburban and expensive dreams... Larry Glen WHO That shmuck ain't done nothing for me lately. .He needs to work on his own cars. . OOPS Better watch myself still need some more parts. This first picture is in case anyone thinks i actually know what i'm doing. I didn't install the front pipe deep enough into the muffler and tightened the clamp .Thank god for adapter pipes. The really sad part of the story is i did the exact same thing on the tailpipe. The passenger side of the exhaust has like 12 clamps on it, Make note of my well organized work bench and all the spare parts i ended up with !!!!!!!!! | |

| There is progress. Was rough lining up the fenders and such. I settled for the hood closes and no huge gaps. I'll worry about all that in the spring.or whenever i can afford Paint. Don't be fooled by that pretty bumper . The rest of the car is in worse shape than when i started. Something about everyone thinking it must be OK to lean on the fenders' I actually have gotten to the point where i don't even say anything anymore. | |

OK, that was TOO GOOD not to mention! I got a good belly laugh outta that one! Thanks Steve. Ahahahahaha... And Mark, make sure you clearance your stock valve covers for those rollers. They will hit the standoffs for the cover bolts if you don't. | I went ahead and clearanced the Vette covers. I didn't know the stockers needed work too. Almost had her running today. Ran into a couple of snags/ The pulley/clutch on the new ac compressor is smaller than the stock one. Picked up a shorter belt but it was too tight. Will try again saturday. And the battery i've been trickle charging for the last SIX months didn't have enough juice. Go figure, | |
