No, and this would probably explain quite a bit. But the biggest reason for my little "project" is that I spent the morning using the wagon at work, as well as the fact that my boss is setting me up at another place we own to run it. So the Caprice is going to become a more utilitarian wagon now. I'll miss the woodgrain. I promise I wont take it off anymore wagons!

For now I'm going to keep the trim on. In the spring I'm going to trim the studs and fill the holes and have the car sprayed.

| All the wood is off minus one small part on the left rear door. I'm keeping the polished trim on for now to keep the holes/ studs covered. I'm gonna rattlecan the gas door and door handles tomorrow. I'm gonna do a proper paint job come spring. After geting the adhesive residue off and washing it, the difference between the newly exposed paint and the rest of the car isnt bad. | |

| That thing is so bright you cant even see the damn trim! The white with grey interior is a very neutral looking combo! | |

Imagine how much it'll pop with new paint and some wax . I'm loving the white and grey even more now that the wood is gone, White and grey and White blue are two of my favorite combos. Once it comes time for paint I'm gonna get some opinions, I'm thinking black from the trim belt down to match the pillars, but im not so sure.

| Justin Your wagon would look sweet with silver or pewter lower with matching color wheels. |

| Gunmetal grey below the belt will look awesome and mesh well with the gray interior. Here is my old 95 with that exact combination. | |

| Justin it almost looks like a 1A2 in service still with N97s. I don't know if they had them originally but who cares. I like the idea of the silver/gray lower doors. That 95 looked pretty nice like that, the wagon would look flippin sweet like that. Do it | |

Nope. I'm tempted to keep it on. I have an idea I came up with for the fender/nose trim. I'll take a picture which would work better than explaining it.

| I didn't even know there was a 3M wagon wood remover. Who would have thought that much of a market existed! | |

It's honestly not that good on 3M Di-Noc. Go figure, the woodgrain is made by 3M yet their own spray can't take it off. I ended up using a heat gun to get the rest of it off.
