Junkyard Finds

Stopped at the JY today to scope out some seats and other parts for people. Heres some of my finds.

• 1 bravada with good center console with 6 cd changer and homelink overhead

• 3 regular blazers/jimmys all with good consoles

• 2 TBI Roadies, one gray on gray other blue on blue, interiors ok, kinda picked over but still some good parts

• 3 Bonnevilles. One with 12 ways, others are benches, all pretty clean

• 1 93 Caprice sedan red on red leather, interior dirty but will clean up. Interior all there except a couple parts, body fair

PS, maybe just a thought, but maybe we should sticky this so others can post their finds if someone is on the hunt for something specific.

Thats why I diddnt list them These are all other Bonnies.

No red bonnies there, just light gray, tan leather and dark gray. Bravada console is tan/beige with woodgrain and shifter. Pretty sure the carpet in the caprice just needed a good shampoo. Diddnt notice any tears. I can check it and get back to you.

Are you going back there?
Are the light gray 12 ways? Great condition?
I dont need 12 ways but I think glenn needs a harness

I hope to get back this week. No, the 12 ways are tan leather. I already PM'd him about the harness, I'm gonna pull that for him.

They're not bad. I looked quick, but they were clean, and cloth idk if I said that. They werent buckets thou, it was a bench.

I hear ya. You're only option would be to shoot the tan leather ones out of the SSEI thats here.

If you dont mind, would you see what they want for the tan leather buckets

I need that rug for my roady see if there is any wear burns or holes if its just dirty i can take care of that as long as it's not shot. Rug in the roady has a bunch of burn holes.

I'm keeping the blue Fleetwood carpet though.

If they are cheap enough I'd pick up the Gray bench seats. You can cut out the middle or some 9C1 owners would use 'em as is.

If there are any boxies with blue interiors I could use a few things.

im looking for a black console let me know im not far from you i also need the bracket that the shifter mounts on.

i found a pretty mint maroon 96 roadmaster at everetts auto parts today...under the hood was CLEAN...it still has just about every single part on it

i also found a 91 caprice and a 95 caprice police package at Regal auto parts which is up the street from everetts

I am going back tomoro to get the underhood insulation and the windshield washer reservoir off of the police package so let me know if anyone needs anything...

Whats the address for Regal auto parts?

It's right next to Everetts on Thatcher St. I'm pretty sure it's official name is now Brockton Auto Parts (BAP) but it's still called Regals by the locals. They have it split into 2 locations with one selling just imports and the big one selling everything, if you're willing to dig a bit.

We need to have a BADASS junkyard meetup. lol

the 91 appeared to be non police package and today i noticed that the 96 isn't a police package either...the 96 does have the 5.7Liter in it

What color interior and exterior was the 91?

Bump, JY I mentioned also had a set of non-powered BLUE cloth Bonnie buckets. No rips or tears, just needed a good cleaning. Non smoker car from what I could see/smell.

Wow. Those seats are pretty effin rare!

I betcha Billy wants them! Jim, too.

Hell, I'd even grab them.

Well if anyone wants em, I can meet em at the JY and help pull them.

I think I'm going to run to Holland's early. I plan to work on the caddy tomorrow morning, so I don't want to waste too much time in the yards.

I got a set in the cellar. I just sit on them now and then and have a smoke just in case Tim ever asks if I want to sell them.

After I picked them up I noticed that there is a hole in the passenger seat.

If anyone hits up any yards over the weekend keep an eye out for some 70's cars. I need a few parts desperately and I can't travel the world searching for them at the moment. Specifically looking at 70-76 b/c bodies.

96 caprice sedan- gold ext/ tan int. (same one theyve had for awhile now)

93 caprice sedan- blue ext/ gray int., has the door panels with the pulls.

Im looking for center caps to replace my reindeer ones on my 17 inchers. Cant find 'em near me, its like they throw them out and the cars that come with them NEVER have wheels or are on 1 donut. Ive scoured dozens of interiors and no luck. I do not want to deal with ebay either! Something like these...

You want the caps from a monte carlo (fwd). The flat ones are from another fwd GM but I can't remember which off the top of my head.
