Autozone sending unit, GM pump few k miles ago.
Fuel pump works for about 3 seconds if you wack the tank, then cuts out. If you keep banging on the tank it will come on and go off again. Sounds real strong when it is buzzing. I am going to point blame at the cheap autozone sending unit. Anything else I should check for? I'm going to pull the sending unit (under warranty) and swap it out for a replacement to see if that helps any. Also, I noticed the evap hose is broken. Now I know why I was smelling fuel and going through gas like crazy.
