 Window motor replacement

My window motor shit the bed. It will go down, but not up without help. I pulled the door panel today thinking it was in need of rollors, but it is the motor. It looks like one suck ass job with all the rivets I have to drill out, and replace with nuts and bolts.

Yes, its a PIA but if you want come by my shop & we'll shoot rivnuts into the holes

I did one in the Marshmallow. Yeah, it sucked, but was not impossible.
