Just down the road!

They have been there for years, no secret around here. I know a few people who had asked if they had any interest in selling in the past, only to be turned down every time.

I am guessing the guy passed away and someone finally made a simple, reasonable offer on all of them to make it easy on the lady.

Pretty cool either way!
