| i dont have collision my insurance said i have to go after there insurance.so i dont see a dime till they deal with it. If i have to ill sue the hell outta the guy. | |

Your insurance company is bullshitting you. Doesnt matter if YOU have collision. Its THEIR insurance that'll pay anyways. Your company would get reimbursed. | |

No always, If you have (for a lack of better word) "cut rate" insurance, you'r on your own to fight with the other guys insurnace. If you have collision on your car, your insurance company will pay you for the damage, THEN go after the other guys insurance. All companys are different. So will fight for you, some don't give a shit if someone hits you, that is your issue. my Fiance is an insurance agent, so i've heard this story many times. I have collision on everything, yes its more, but if i get slammed into, my insurance will take care of it. | |

| i had the lowest of the low geico insurance on my grand marquis and they took care of everything for me they forgot to tell me i could get a rental untill a few days later ..but let me keep it an extra couple days
Does the person who hit you happen to have the same insurance company as you?could explain the runaround i would keep calling and even request a different agent Good luck man | |

| Have commerce too, had two box chevy's smashed by drunk drivers/moron's
Not my fault... Got a check for both cars, bought the cars back and parted/fixed them.
Takes time and patience. But they will help you.
The appraiser should come out and be from your company I believe. Otherwise the other insurance company would say it's worth $500. Or maybe the appraisers are independent companies, I don't remember.

| the other companys appraser comes out since i had no collision, if i had it commerce would been out days ago. My bosses fiance is a lawyer for the guys ins so im gonna have a little digging done. | |

What just happened? The c**t that hit me two years ago has Arbella. They wouldn't pay for shit. Kept denying my medical bills and forwarded them to collections agents. My credit is currently in the shitter. My lawyer, however, is having a field day with them. | |

| Medical bills do NOT affect you credit.... I had 0 medical insurance for 10 years. And plenty of bills and calls from collection agencies, all empty threats. In MA they cannot make you pay for medical bills (my mother works in the medical industry) I have credit of mid 700's, never paid a cent to collectors. Maybe it's all the VW merch you buy?!?!?!?  How many little pieces of plastic are in your wallet???? | |
