cruise control plug

this is the black 4 wire plug at the base of the column pink,gray,brown and blue.it was only used on 95 and 96 caprice/impala i think-all the camaros,cadillacs etc appear to be wired into the other wires.have not found a 95 or six at the boneyard yet.if you spot one at the bone yard can you cut it out?need a feww inches to splice into my column[i cant bare to cut the underdash plug to splice the cruise wires into]
