| So I am looking for tires and rims for the wagon. Not sure what I want, but I do not see much out there for our cars anymore. And forget finding a white wall 235/70/15 tire. They do not exist. I want to upgrade from the stock 225/75 so I started looking at the Cadillac size, but there is nothing. Anyone know where I can look? Discount tire direct or tirerack have been useless.
Thanks. | |

Indigo, I should have mentioned that I did not want to spend that kind of money per tire. I think I found my tires. hankook Optimo H724 tires in a 225/75/15 size. I can get all 4 shipped to the door for under $300. Just need to figure out the wheels. Maybe painted tan with the wires put back on.

| Hi Bill
Is this where you found them?
http://www.walmart.com/ip/Hankook-Optimo-H724-Tire-P225-75R15/17792285
Maybe getting them through WalMart, might be a little easier. Â I saved the link as that is what I'll probably do this summer for the Caprice Wagon.

| WW Hankooks I had on the 95. I want to say they were 235s because the guy at town fair tried arguing about 225 vs 235 on the car. | |

| Those were 225's I just sold those like 4 months ago and am kicking myself in the ass about it!!
I'm actually looking for some raised white letter tires to shave into wide whites for the suburban. Still need to dismount the bias ply tires from the rims but I'm pretty close to needing them. Maybe I'll go this route also and just run skinnies.

Nice! If those tires end up being too wide for the wagon, call me I'm looking for some fatties.
