Thanks....Wait...you did had one Ran the 6 & 8 wires in a cooling tube loom & re-fit the pass side header.....SOB the 4/6 runners practically married to the brake line at the frame, have to re-route the loom that has the temp gauge, solenoid hot & knock sensor, it cant go down so it'll have to jump between the 6 & 8 runners, NBD Glad I started with this side, I couldnt possibly milk the drivers side this long. My 96 is screaming for mods & I'm doing this car???

| OK we have headers, no touching, no hammering, VERY close on passenger side frame due to manufacturer welding on the header. Hope it doesnt hit when the motor torques. Sorry for the cell pics, all I have to work with. Why on earth do wire manufacturers make the #7 wire so looooong? Had to extend the passenger side O2 sensor harness. Cats go on next & maybe I'll trial fit the exhaust. Working on pinion angle now.....reading about that makes me feel stoopid. _________________ Steve 96BBB 28K 3.42 Bolt-ons 95BBB 100K 3.73 383 New DD...already broke fixt the 4L60E twice 95 Black WB4 Hole...ee...grail 96 Black WB4 No holes in this 95BBB 189K 3.08 Old DD Stolen...by Matt. I'd like to see how the quarters came out as well! Didnt take a pic until I had sprayed in the rust convertor & undercoating (tape was to keep the weld area clean) I left the sheet metal where it's doubled up on the 3 pillars & left the sill as well. I formed some full length rockers & stitched them in Then went back & added the B pillar piece where the rust had spread beyong the rockers (removed the double thickness metal there so re-did it to stiffen the middle a little) Pics of the 1/4's must be on my work PC _________________ Steve 96BBB 28K 3.42 Bolt-ons 95BBB 100K 3.73 383 New DD...already broke fixt the 4L60E twice 95 Black WB4 Hole...ee...grail 96 Black WB4 No holes in this 95BBB 189K 3.08 Old DD Stolen...by Matt. Nice work! Aahhh...I may've made it sound like I personally did that. Many trades yes....welding is not one of them. I do alot of standing around & pointing tho... - Matt Trakker wrote:

The rockers wwere confirmed worthless on day 1 when I used that area to jack the body. Even tho you couldnt really even SEE them, I figured I'd experiment on this car. _________________ Steve 96BBB 28K 3.42 Bolt-ons 95BBB 100K 3.73 383 New DD...already broke fixt the 4L60E twice 95 Black WB4 Hole...ee...grail 96 Black WB4 No holes in this 95BBB 189K 3.08 Old DD Stolen...by Matt. I know EVERYONE hates fiberglass but I wasnt willing to sacrifice good 1/4's on THIS car. These bonded on very nicely.....A skim coat of the appropriate product to blend them in & .....done! Did I mention the rockers are made out of stainless? Matt will never be fighting THIS battle again... Finished driver side, but with black rockers & black sill plates...its not very exciting _________________ Steve 96BBB 28K 3.42 Bolt-ons 95BBB 100K 3.73 383 New DD...already broke fixt the 4L60E twice 95 Black WB4 Hole...ee...grail 96 Black WB4 No holes in this 95BBB 189K 3.08 Old DD Stolen...by Matt. | Saw him the other day coming off of 125 as I got off of 93. Must have a bolt threaded below the gas pedal or something because he was going too slow and didn't hang the turn by the North Intermediate School like me and my friends do. Pfft.

Must have a bolt threaded below the gas pedal or something because he was going too slow and didn't hang the turn by the North Intermediate School like me and my friends do. Pfft. Ummm...if it was Saturday, he was picking up his grandmother for her 90th BDay party...she probably asked him why it didnt hang that turn too. Actually, he's only been driving since mid October. I am thrilled that he has shown maturity while driving thus far. - toomanytoyz wrote:

Yes, it looks pretty good if you overlook the Rustoleum blended patches Body shop wanted a G note to make it look new.....he couldnt afford it. Thats ALL him now tho. That car has seen more love (& wax) in the past 5 months then it did in the 15 years I owned it. _________________ Steve 96BBB 28K 3.42 Bolt-ons 95BBB 100K 3.73 383 New DD...already broke fixt the 4L60E twice 95 Black WB4 Hole...ee...grail 96 Black WB4 No holes in this 95BBB 189K 3.08 Old DD Stolen...by Matt.
