This article tells about how GM is about to file bankruptcy in the near future.

On a side note, all the kids in my school are buying up stock at $2 a share in the hopes that the selling frenzy will leave one of them a 51% stake in the company. It's risky but just think of being the proud owner of GM. Then you can sue all the Impala guys who keep using the car image without paying licensing fees.

If GM files bankrupty stockholders will loose everything.

It's a sad day when the Big 3 are all on the verge of extinction. Guess we should have skipped Chrysler, GM, and Ford and stuck with Willys and Studebaker.
