| No 15x8" OEM steelies with nubs in 5x5", only 15X7 and 15x6.
Get these:

| I think he's right. 15x8 truck rims would have been the slotted N97 style with the bolt on N92 center cap. I had the staggered 15x7 rear and 15x6 truck steelies with nubs and mr gasket baby moons on that 94 L99 I had. $25 each in the junk yard. | |

| I've hunted down a set of Oldsmobile dog dish caps to use my 15x6 truck wheels on the OCC. 15x6 doesn't look bad, I was worried it would look weird, thanks for the pic! | |

| Pretty sure they went on that slutty fleetwood. Anthony or Indy ended up with them, I think? | |

Indy sold the ones he had. Missed them by a day.

| The slutty D-body rims went to Anthony, but I think they went to a c-10 guy.
I had a set on the for sale thread but those were painted white and went to another c-10 guy.
I currently have the set that was on my fleetwood going on the b- body project.
I will see if I can find another set. I always catch them when I don't need them.

Thanks, but I think those would be too narrow with my 235's. Even the stock 7's would be cutting it close.

I dunno about that, I think a 6 or a 7 would be fine...235s probably came stock on a lot of cars that had 15x6 steel wheels. I want to say my old '74 originally had them from the factory on the green 15x6 wheels...which I wish I still had, since they had nubs, lol.

I never had an issue | |

| It's not the 7's, those will fit as I had 235's on my N97's. I was just more worried about stuffing the 235's onto a 6" rim. | |

| I highly doubt it would be "stuffed" though, it's not that much narrower of a rim...people stretch 235s and even 225s onto a 15x8 which is more extreme in my eyes and I still think that looks good, haha. I'd say a 255 is the closest for a 15x8...maybe 245s for a 15x7? | |

| One of the guys on the truck forum put 275/60/15's on stock 15x6 steelies. I think it looks goofy, but...... On topic here, I had, well they are still on them, 235/75/15 on the 15x6's. It's how I got the truck... Really isn't much of a difference between those and your 235/70/15 - http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/tirecalc.php?tires=235-70r15-235-75r15 Remember, that middle number is an important factor in metric tire sizes | |
