| Ok, I know, I'm a low poster, under a year here, I have a 15month old, which means, work-wife-kid=not much time, But hear me out before you cast doubt's or shrug your shoulders. Do you have a cell phone camera? If you do, use it. Most of us like to see pictures of our generation B & D body cars still rolling on the streets, being worked on in a yard/shop, or just waiting to be bought. If a thread has been posted like this before direct me there and I'll be more than happy to add to what I come across daily. Got a 50 mile commute , I see a few a week and its pretty darn cool. Box style and Bathtub beauty lines constitute the 77-96 generation. If no one wants to submit to the thread, thats ok too. Just nice to see them out and about. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ See this car most everyday at a local repair shop, I should find out who owns it, as he must work there, looks sharp. [img] [/img] Spotted this Caprice pulling into the original D&D on 3A in Quincy. | |

| There was a club member sighting thread and random "anyone know this guy?" threads. But this is a good thread isea and an easy title to post to. I see them everywhere. Mostly beat to shit(mostly wagons, roadmaster wagons that is). I drive a lot myself and will now start taking pics. | |

| I stop people when Im at a store if I see a nice one..... They look at me like Im nuts. I tell them about us, but seems a lot of people drive these because they were given to them. either way, I love seeing them pass me going the opposite way on the highway | |

| It's crazy, but since I've owned the white Caprice I've noticed I really don't see them that much anymore, like all of a sudden they're not around. I just saw one sitting in a driveway today I may ask about because it looks like it hasn't moved lately. | |

| No pic, but I passed by a Frosted Flakes Caprice in Norwood this morning. Probably not the same one as that picture; I didn't notice VTEC badges on this one.
I also spotted a lime green "bubble" coupe in Attleboro some months ago. Sharp looking, despite being on enormous rims. | |

| Saw this at a cruise night in Candia, NH. Do you know what this is? I know what this is. (Super rare and valuable 1968 SS 427, they made under 1800 of them in 1968 of ANY body style offered, and this Sport Coupe was loaded. I was shocked to see it and ran over while a lot of other people didn't even know what it was...I'd be afraid to drive this car!) | |

| I would agree '77. I think it looks a bit different from the '79 aero I had. Note the moon roof. I wonder if it was dealer installed, like my Monte SS was, or was it ordered factory... | |

| I think that's a 79 Caprice from what I can see of the nose, the 77-78 had a different headlight treatment and grille setup (that I never realized until kinda recently.) Nice topless B-body! | |

| ^It's a 79 guys 77, 78, & 79 all have their minor differences. They are easier to tell apart than the 80-85, or 87-90. 86 is excluded because it's too easy with the one year only front end. | |

| That's exactly how I would do a 2 door.... EXCEPT I wouldve extended the front door back further. He has the right idea with the small back window, I don't like when they have that huge t-bird looking window. If you think about a 2 door box that's how it's done with a solid c pillar (or "b" now as a 2 door) and a small rear window. I wish I had the space for another car. I'd love to tackle a project like this..... | |
