| As you may or may not know, my fiances car got whacked by an 18 wheeler a few weeks back.... I decided instead of repairing it to just get her something newer (to me anyways). Found this 2005 Impala locally with high miles that needs a little tranny work. Its a beautiful color and very clean all around. I was amazed for 800.00. Im getting closer to a 95 SS but not quite yet LOL | |

| Wow! Steal! My wife had a black '02 LS with the 3.8 that she bought brand new. We sold it and bought the marshmallow. She still misses that car and wishes she never sold it... _________________ Bill "The Verb" Crovo - Resident Car Slut & Unicorn Hunter A Toasted Marshmallow, A Long German, A Lame Suburban and expensive dreams... | Yea it was a really nice deal.
A lot of my grandfathers rental fleet consists of this generation Impala (as well as the 8th), and they are super amazing reliable cars (not to mention safe).
This one has the 3.4....which in all honesty, I was a tad leery at the high mileage, but the 05's had the revised aluminum intake gaskets, so it should be good.

No its not, but I already sourced one for it through a trade type thing. It still runs and drives, but 3rd is soft. I am hoping to have it swapped next weekend.
