I had posted links from the Crovn Vic forum to the cars a long time ago, but I never saw that guy Tallen's album you just linked. Where did you find that? I think he is also the guy who was trying to sell that 96 for an exorbitant sum of money?

I know he's got a ton of unmarked old cop cars and I think he kept the 87 Caprice (?)

I guess Im a "cop car lover" hahaha. Very nice find! i wonder where that yard is. Id buy a whole car just to have in the driveway as a piece of forgotten history.

I was wondering that too Brian, there is some OLD stuff in there. It says CarvJunkYard...and the ground is real sandy, so the first thing that pops into my head is Carver, MA?

Yup, I knew someone posted it. I think he did keep it, there are a bunch of pics of it in a hanger with a MSP CVPI and an old Monaco. He even has a Dodge St. Regis project...COOL! I like that the 87 has NO hood ornament, I might have to snag a header panel like that someday!

I found it on a different caprice forum that doesn't get much action other than a few traditionalists sh*&ing on a donker LOL. http://s9.invisionfree.com/The_Caprice_forum/ I joined and so did Brian. Very cool site even has the guy with the 77 impala on the LT1 9C1 frame, that will never be finished

Brian I agree with just getting one for lawn art. I'll take one of those solid blue cars doors just for the logo! And Matt yeah I think Carver, MA sounds about right. I doubt you could get much info out of him, I bet it is still state run and hidden to outsiders like those places in maine and the Mustang graveyard in CT.

Heh, I am...there is a Feriera's down there that takes in the donated cars, but it says in places online it's got a real rapid turnover (people are buying Bimmers for 150 over scrap from them, parting them out, the taking the shell back and getting their money back from the scrap price, LOL)

I've always wanted an MSP Caprice

A friend of mine took these pictures years ago, I believe somewhere in the Albany, NY area in 2004. I always thought this was a pretty impressive sight, but after reading this thread it kinda sounds like everybody in that area is keeping a few MASP Caprices in their backyard??

Here's the last driving MSP '95 9c1 from Westboro MA SP auction. Started life as marked unit (two tone blue) transferred to undercover unit (painted light blue, with cage and spotlight- VIN untraceable), then used at Westboro State Hosp. Shown in primer as work progressed. Now DSB.
