How long have you had this car? I remember seeing it at the Road Agents Rumble like 3 years ago down in CT. The floor is raised inside (channeled) right?

few years now, yeah its channeled 10", has 59 caddy lights frenched in, 55 gallon drum welded in as a trans hump. pull switch start with fuel cell in trunk. ran nasty when i had it on the road, definitely not for the faint of heart... not that it was super fast but you can see the road zinging by through the space between the doors and floor and your basically sitting on sheet metal right on the frame. fun fun car,

My friend had a 41 like it, mostly stock, satin black. That was a blast too. He blew the engine in RI when he was going to New England Tech, dropped a TBI 350 in it, never finished the car, sold it to someone in NH who I guess finished the drivetrain swap and drives it sometimes now. lol

I'll see if I can find an old pic of your car, Cool

Knew I had a pic. My friend had seen a pic of this car about 5 years ago and had it as his myspace photo back in the day too, but he deleted his profile. Laughing
