| Kind of off topic. I brought my '95 through a car wash yesterday, and it took three tries for it to start after. Once I got about 3/4 of a mile down the road, it was just chugging with no throttle response, and knocking and what not like timing was off. Kept trying to start it, and it just wasnt having it. Its happened before and one other time after a heavy rain storm. The seller advised me it was the ignition coil and he forgot to mention it, so I was spraying it, and the opti down with WD 40 until I replaced the coil months ago. So, now it HAS to be the opti. its covered in yuck and has to have a crack somewhere. | |

| I bought a Camaro that wouldn't start. The PO was convinced it wasn't the opti 'cause it had been replaced only 200 miles ago. The car had also been parked for some time.
The opti was bad.
'94 Camaros have the unvented opti.

Could be just the coil wire. Might be your opti is cracked, or it could be both. | |

Check the wires to the coil. |
