| Only differnce between an occ and a caprice or roady wagon is some trim and emblems. They're meant to be driven. Preferably towing boats or other b-bodies | |

| Grumpy I would like to see pics of this V6 powered 92. I know chevy offered the 4.3 in the 85-90 base caprice sedan, and olds, buick and pontiac offered there own v6 engines in there base b-body sedans. |

ya its not to bad.. Little close by the harmonic balancer to the sterr rack.Has an 8.8 Ford rear with a stock Mustang rear suspension. Anything happeneds to the rear a stocker will bolt right in .. I try to make things easy to work on. Finally registering it next week after I get the wagon squared away .

| So you purchased this car. http://www.impalassforum.com/vBulletin/showthread.php?t=244304 That car runs 12s in the 1/4 and is one of my favorite wagons of all times.
And the RX7 is friggin sick. I love turbo buick v6s. |

| Yes thats the car . BUT I am impressed with the wagon !!! I needed something BIG to use as a "truck" !! With the suspension mods it handles great !! Takes exit ramps at speed . Sway bars the size of my arms on it. It will get a few more "hand me downs" parts from the rest of my cars as we "upgrade" | |

Doug Yeah, then you could have hauled your sheep around without fear of someone else in Walpole stealing them. Dude, people know not to F with my sheep! In all honesty we did bring one into Karaoke night, to an incredible round of applause, at the only bar in town once. Good times...Good times... Doug

How is he gaying up the thread was the sheep male. Doug What did the sheep sing for karaoke. Would it be too corny to write "ba ba blacksheep? LOL We got thrown out pretty quick for bringing it in. BTW: We gay up every thread on this forum, and if there was to be any blame, it would be to Al and his sheep envy Doug

| Hey Dan...
first off, welcome, second AWSOME ride. If your into the grand national stuff, then you have probably been too or heard of Cotton's in agawam ma (www.cottonsperformance.com). I have been really good friends down there with Brian for years. They built a 1980s buick wagon with a built 86-87 intercooled motor....runs high 11's on 195 walmart white walls.
look forward to seeing your cars up close one day!

| Ya I know Jack.. I did Buicks as a job from 1990/ 2002 ish. The wagon your talking about is from the town next to me. LOTS of stuff in it !! Got around to doing my own touches to this car.. New radio. LU converter (I hate non LUs!! although I have all street driven cars) and got a new pump for the Alky inj system. Car is almost fun to drive !! Next have to check over the engine and throw in a set of plugs. Then turn up the boost !! Next will be looking for some parts .. NICE maroon velor seats Buick or Olds. OR does anyone know anyone that does upholstery ?? Maybe a heated rear glass. Any of you guys run drag radials ?? The tires I have on there now are not goin to cut it.. only 10#s of boost and they were spinning a little. OK enuff hallucinating for now | |
