So I have been chasing down the ignition gremlin haunting my car lately. Seem to have the moajority of the issue corrected, but still running into a small stumble.
In an attempt to make sure evrything was done by the book....I decided to follow instructions for once and mount my Mallory 685 HyFire in the car
Broke out the plasma cutter and some 1/8" aluminum sheet and started fabbing up a new kick panel. Everything is rubber nut mounted so there is no vibration. Used a piece of weatherstripping I had layin around from another car to make a nice clean finish. Follows the curvature at the bottom of the door...
What do ya think?
...for those of you who don't know....the Mallory box is a REALLY nice unit for the money.

Built in strat retard (up to 10*)
