| What do you mean by "up front"? It could be a blown cooler line running to the radiator. Those are pretty easy fixes if your not concerned with a concourse quality repair. You're going to have to climb under the car and take a look at where the leak is before anyone can help you fix it. | |

| If it is the line to the radiator, it is a very easy fix. Cut out the bad piece (preferably with a pipe cutter).
Go to the auto parts store and buy a piece of high pressure hose for tranny line repair and some small clamps. Put them together and your done.
If you had a flare tool you could flare the ends of the pipe just a little extra insurance. Make sure you slide the hose over the tube 1 1/2 or 2 inches.

| Leaking weep hole is how you know that you need a new pump. It'll still be driveable with a leak for a while. Just don't let it go too long or the pump can start to fail mechanically and damage other stuff. | |

| When I did mine I noticed the grove where the seal sits and that there wasn't a seal there. So I said screw it and left it off. Never had any issues and that was years ago when I first got the car. I think it's just to keep corrosion from locking the adapter to the pump threads. I've seen sealed units that are still corroded on so I don't worry about it. | |

The one in the picture. But you will need to make a install tool from a magic marker, as the seal has two sealing points (inner, and outer), and if you just try to push it on without a tool, it will leak. |

DEFEATED If it is stuck to the wp, just heat it up with a torch, and pry it with a big azz screw driver. But aim it down so it does not take off. |

| The coupler freezing on is why I don't put much stock in replacing the seals and such when doing the swap. Seams like there's not much upside to bothering since the rust and crap is going to find its way in anyhow. I hope you remembered to put teflon tape on any bolts going into water jackets during the reinstall | |
