Some of the first custom b-bodies I ever saw.

I was at a car show in Lexngton NC with my Impala in the summer of 98 when this parked next to me.
Built 383 by RCR located in Welcome NC. The Davidson Drug Taskforce Impala driven By Larger than life Sherriff Hege. Very nice guy. I still have a shirt with that pic on it. Everyone in the pic was a Davidson County deputy. There unmarked cars were all black 9C1s with blacked out glass and full wheel covers. Too cool.


I should have sued this guy for copying my copied GS paint scheme.

The one they should have made. Can't seem to find the coupe that was built by this guy too. It used t-bird quarter windows to make it look correct.

Me too, but the pic with the TT2s. It is still my favorite flamed caprice.

He moved the rear window forward and lengthened the rear deck IIRC. I have a few more photos of this car if anyone wants to see them.

most coupes look smaller than the 4 door, but on the impala it looks way longer, but sleeker too. I like it, could you post the other pics??
