| Hi folks. I'm in need of a set of heater hoses for my '92 OCC. The ones I need would be from a '92 or '93 Caprice wagon or sedan, '92 or '93 Roadmaster wagon, or a '93 Roadmaster sedan. All '91 B-bodies and the '92 RMS setup uses a bypass valve, and as I just found out, one of the heater core pipes is a different size on the '92-'93! It may be possible that only some early '92 RMS's use the hoses with the bypass, I just know I can't use anything with a bypass in it. What I need is the setup that is two separate hoses, with an inline restrictor, and with Quick-Connect ends on the heater core attaching side. Post here or PM me if you've got 'em. Thanks guys!

Because I don't want to spend $151.16 plus tax. Just called the dealer and got the prices for both those hoses.

I bet Justin has some. No, those are the '94-'96 style hoses. Way different. Here's a pic of one of the ones I need. This is the hose that goes from the rad to the heater core in the '92-'93s

| I understand.
Found these 2 on ebay. Only the feed from the engine, there were a bunch of molded hoses that might fit for the return.

For the return, there is a 1992 at my local pick n pull. I could grab that return hose and then you could rebuild it with a new hose and connector? Any shop that can crimp AC lines should be able to do the same with the heater hose.

Any shop that can crimp AC lines should be able to do the same with the heater hose. I'll see what I can turn up. The dealer wants $97 for the hose that goes from the engine to the core, and $53 for the return to the radiator. Go figure the short hose is almost double the price. Ideally I would like to find a clean used set, and just plug it in. The rubber on mine was in good shape at 20 years old when I broke the connector off it, so I'd be fine with a used set. I never drive the OCC in cold weather, so I never bothered to fix it until now, and I found the '91 9C1 set I had grabbed from like 2 years ago won't fit. Just think how many times I've passed up correct sets in the yard since then... ugh...

Oooops. My bad. I was looking at the. 92-93 hoses then clicked on these and for whatever reason pasted THIS link. I hope you find what you're looking for without a second mortgage.
