| Just picked up a 2000 blazer for a dependable winter car. Took it off my old man and it's a PIECE!!!! I just fixed all the crap to pass emissions, but it's still having enough issues where I think I'm gonna sell or scrap it. Looking for any B or D 1991-1996 for a daily (shut up Al !! Lol) $1000 is what I have to work with. Anyone know's or see's where one is let me know!
Eventually we want to be in all pre-1977 cars/trucks here so it doesn't have to be a show winner or even a 10 footer. Just need dependable, only reason I'm going with a 91-96 era is because I have extra motor stuff hanging around and they are pretty dependable all around.

| The wagon has been up awhile. MUST be junk at that price/listed for so long. Hate the buicks anyway (shitty looking sail panels and that dumb vista roof) saw that white 96 also. But it's been listed over and over as well,
That 91 is bitchin'! I love that vinyl roof on them. It's Not a factory option. I saw a white and blue one a few houses up from where I dug my nova out of the woods, and I see a black on black one with jersey plates from time to time in town. I think I'm gonna call on it tomorrow. Gonna send the blazer to the junk yard or try and sell it for next to nothing.

| I do love the Roadmaster wagon's myself when I was young my parents had a 93 loved looking through the moonroof at the stars and making funny faces in it and seeing necks get bigger etc with my girlfriend at the time who is now my wife. My dad owned the 93 wagon for like fourteen fifteen years it was a sad day when he had to get rid of it in 2010. had so much great memories in that vehicle that I had to get a wagon I purchased a 1988 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser love that car my wife loved it so much we got a 1986 Chevrolet Caprice Estate Wagon beautiful car that reminded me of the 1985 Chevrolet Caprice Wagon my dad had before the Roadmaster. Wish they still made cars like they did back then I don't believe I will ever buy a brand new or even post 2000 vehicle. Love the feel of a rear wheel drive v8 and the look of the b body wagon's and sedans. In my opinion the 1977-1990 Caprice was one of the most amazing cars ever made love the look the sleekness and lines love my 86. The Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser that I own is a vehicle that looks so tough from the front and has unique features that make it sick in itself. Loved the Caprice's of every generation though. Hope you get a decent price for the Blazer once again best of luck on the Chevy. | |

| I can respect the fond memories.... I remember all the fond memories when I was growing up in the late 80's. My old man had a 1956 nomad, all my memories are in classics. I understand people have different tastes. I just don't get the 77-90's I don't see sleek anywhere, I see a refrigerator on it's side with a hood. They're called box caprices for a reason. The wagon I just picked up is in need of a little help but it's got great lines (to me at least) Hoping to keep it close to stock with mild changes/upgrades. maybe MY kids will remember THIS car and having great times in the back of a 60's wagon!!! | |

| Damn dude, in the ambience from that pic, that Nova wagon looks like something you'd find abandoned in Lynn Woods Reservation circa 1988, if the 80s mullet-heads with RATT T-shirts and CONS sneakers didn't drive a K-5 Blazer over it and set it on fire. That's a cool find right there, looks pretty solid in spite of sitting too.

| I LITERALLY dragged it our of the middle of the woods behind some guys house. Look at the front wheel, it was rooted in the ground! Has 21k original miles on it. 230 inline 6 engine and an AIR COOLED powerglide trans. I changed the fuel pump and poured gas in the 1 barrel carb and the thing is now running like a top! Just did brakes and I'm working out new tires for her right now. Only real bummer is the tail gate is smashed up real bad.... Like "hey I got drunk and backed up into a cement pole doing 30mph" kinda bad. On a severe hunt for ANY replacement rotted, rusty, whatever. Everything is stock on her. Still trying to get the mice piss smell out of it. I gutted it last week. Paid $800 for this little 64 hoping to use it as a daily. Winter, spring, summer and fall!.....well maybe not summer... I might just have that 55 caddy to scrape around in when the warm weather comes around each year. | |

| Haha. In that setting of the picture, it looks exactly like how I found a Jeep Gladiator pickup truck in the Lynn woods with my father, except it had trees all around it like the one in the background and all four wheels were like the sunken one. It was complete, all glass in it, yellow with red fenders, and like a foot of pine needles on it. I think those air cooled P-glides were only behind the 4 and 6cyl engines? I've never ever seen one though, lol. I heard they had air intake holes in them. You gonna paint it black, or maybe compound/glaze/wax the paint and see what it comes out like? If the latter I think it'd help preserve the patina and it's 21k original-ness. I'll keep my eyes peeled for a B-body. My brother has his RMS but I thought you said you hated those and I don't even know what he's doing with it at this point. | |

| I hate the Buick wagons. I like the sedans. If he still wants to sell let me know. I'm gonna hit that guy up on the hamb about that gate. It's a 65 but I can weld the light holes up. | |

| I'm definitely interested at $1000 as long as I can drive it out of there and the seller eaves the sale price box blank on the title.
I have ZERO truck parts though, all went to the scrap heap more than a month ago during that big "clean my garage...come and get it or it's going in the dumpster" thread, I have a few bites on my blazer already. If it sells I could be out to get it by the end of the week.

| It's out of NEED not out of WANT.
I don't wanna risk buying/keeping something that I have no clue how to work on or have spare stuff for. I'd buy a 94-99 FWD deville right now if i didn't think I'd be out in the driveway doing timecerts on the heads in a few months. Once the nova is driving again (soon) it will relieve some of the stress on finding a dependable car. This 93 looks like it might be a long lasting dependable car for the right money. That's IF I get a response back soon (cough cough)

| haha yea sorry. The most you may have to do to the 93 is a tuneup most likely. I'm actually getting the car tomorrow and bringing it home to NH, unless you can come out to Somerset tomorrow afternoon. My grandmother passed away and the car is currently in my name, just still sitting at her house. | |

Crovo didnt even have time to buy & sell a car That 93 is like a block of granite in comparison to that S10 Blazer. It's big, it's kind of just always there, hanging out, it's not going to be fast, but there's almost nothing major to break on it and it will just keep on going if you take care of the thing. Cheap to own, fix, drive. And it's...cool. Mine was to date the best car I've ever owned, ever. My dad loves it now. I feel bad when people tell me they saw it driving on the highway (The whitewalls stick out from a mile away... ), and I have to say it wasn't me.

| Where in NH? it's 1hr 45 min to Somerset, ma for me. Either way is fine. As long as you think it will make a trip for me. No way I'm gonna make it tomorrow. Work makes it impossible. I'm gonna try to sell the blazer quick in the next few days even if it has to go to scrap. I might be able to make it Thursday or Friday though. Anyone want a 2000 blazer for $600 before I send it to the heap? Lol It definitely needs work, but it's not "out of reach" I don't have the desire to keep chipping away at it, and I HATE red paint, only color worse is yellow. | |
