well congress just approved. up to $4500.00 . well im trading in my roadmaster in sat or when they will acept it. for a new hundayi genius. you guys want all my t56 installs let me know.

Yes it does Rich. The new car must be a newer model and get at least 10% better fuel mileage. The rebate amount is based on how much of an improvement the new fuel mileage is over the old car being traded in.
You could go out and get an '09 Eclipse and trade it in towards an '010 Camaro and get a rebate of about a quarter what you still owe on the Eclipse. That's a nice deal right there

It has to be owned, registered, inspected for at least one year prior to the sale, and in good running condition at time of sale. Which makes no sense, They are going to crush it anyways.
