| I can't believe it... Windshield Hood OH MY GOD. I gently backed the car out of there after snowblowing a huge path to the tent. The only damage I found was on the hood, a very small paint chip the size of a tic tac, and maybe a ding around it like a faint door ding. This is really a wake up call, car needs to move someplace else. I have to get rid of all my extra parts that will probably always be extra parts too. I have too much stuff around at two houses. Honestly, I should have gone down and made sure it was not overloaded, that's kinda my fault, but there was that stupid driving ban and I don't live where the car was kept during the storm. I was also told it was still fine, I'm lucky I went to check on it the other night on a hunch. "Yea, it's straight, there's no snow on the roof actually." YEAH BECAUSE THERE'S NO F'ING ROOF LEFT!!!!" | |

| I got an extra tent for sale for $200 10'x20' if you or anyone else is interested. It looks like it folded at the joints. You could run PVC pipe inside the roof pipe structures. PVC will NOT break like that and add more support. You can also run some 2x4's (or if you wanna splurge on metal pipe) across the front and back to form a triangle for added support to the roof. Drill holes and bolt it through, still cheaper than storage,

| This tent collapsed, but, it was a good quality tent in spite of that. It's just old, I got it over 5 years ago, my friend had it for a couple years before that to put his '42 Ford inside, and before that, another guy had it for like 4 or 5 years for some sort of an old Mopar. It actually has a thick framework. They did fold at the joints where it bolted together, it actually ripped the metal pipe there. I just don't like keeping the car in the tent anymore, animals go in there and it's all damp in there, blah blah. I know car covers can be bad but I think a good quality one might work out okay...I dunno. I'm still in shock over here, lol. Call me crazy but maybe I can fix this tent... | |

| That's what I'm saying. Slide some PVC pipe up inside where the joints are and drill through it and run some bolts. Re-enforce it for now. If the material ripped throw a tarp over the top and silicone it at the edges to "glue" it to the old one with a moisture proof seal.

| My Fleetwood is probably that clean. I've yet to clear the few feet of snow in front of the garage and open it... | |
