When is the round up?

So after looking at the responses, Like Steve said, it appears that the weekend of Oct 20-21 is going to be the best weekend. I will be announcing the official date and time by Sunday evening. I want to give as many members a chance to attend as possible, but I realize I can't cater to every ones schedule.

Both of those dates work for me although the sunday is preferred.
