Interwebs assistance please

12 or so years ago, one of the magazines wrote about the differences between the 92-97 LT1, 96 LT4, and 94-96 L99. (I think it was GMHTP) There was a link on the internet as well. The article showed pictures and explained differences in great detail. Well either I R stupid, or I am not asking Google the right question. Anyone out there know what I am talking about and have a link to the article?
I tried the GMHTP archives but did not find what I was looking for.
