Will an f body computer swap into a b or d body lt1? Or are they different?

Yes, you can use a F-body PCM but you will need to reprogram.

I think the MAF, fuel tables, gears and shift points. scratch

My friend's 95 Caprice turned out to have a PCM out of a camaro in it when we tried to tune it. It ran fine with it.
