I will just start with the bad.
Oil leak some place behind the starter. Not sure what it is. I just can't see where it is coming from from any angle. I was going to jack the car up, start it, and remove the starter while it is running to see, but I don't like that idea.
LT1 tick, and slight rough idle, I am thinking the IAC valve, but not sure. Everything off idle is great. Pulls like a bull. Tranny shifts great, but just when manualy shifting from park to reverse or forward, there is a slight delay. I am thinking a filter change might fix that. One rear window does not go down
Vacuum leak behind dash going to the hvac system. I have not had a chance to find it. I disconnected the line at the intake and plugged it off for now.
One of each key, and one key fob, slight exhaust leak at drivers manifold til car warms up from broken manifold bolt, and the variable assist for the steering acts up once in awhile.

The ugly
Rust on the leading edge of the hood in a few spots, leading edge of the roof, and drivers b pillar on the door itself. No rot!
There is however some rot holes on the rear wheel wells. Not bad, and seems to be the only place I see any rot. Drivers door stainless panel is not secure at the top. Looks like it can be removed, and the metal tangs kicked back in place to lock into the plastic clips on the door. Drivers forward most stainless panel by the front bumper has a dent. dash pad looks like a road map, carpets need cleaning, cloth on pillar trim seen better days. Tint glue on both front windows. I think that is it for the negative.

The Good
Everything works, trunk pull down, power antenna, cruise, three windows twilite sentinal, lights. Passed inspection at Dover Chevrolet with no issues. I guess they missed the rust holes in the trunk
No rust in any of the usual spots. Lower pillars, drivers forward body mount, rear quarters, floors are all solid from what I can tell.
Fresh tuneup, drive belt, pcv valve, intake and valve cover gaskets, opti and w/p seals, grey cloth bonnies, blazer non shift console, 6000k hids, ebay intake, recent tires, good brakes, tight suspension (for a cadillac), 95% rust free front wheel wells, Brougham package with 2.93s, air pump delete, all rear windows tinted.

I think that covers it. Any questions, feel free to ask.

The only bad news is it doesnt complete a full house for Al.

It is the end of the movie.

Back up on the market. Fixed a few things. Touched up all the paint, cleaned the window tint glue on the front windows. A/C works well with recent compressor.
Abs light is now on. Looks like tranny or converter is got an issue. Makes bad noises when put in gear. I got under it, removed the inspection cover, and had Phyllis work the gears. At this point it sounds like it is in the converter, but could be a cracked sunshell. Car drives fine, and shifts fine for now. Just has a bad noise. Once the tranny warms up, it goes away. I am at this point looking for best offer. I still drive it daily, and it drives fine. I would consider a Lo3, or 4.3 caprice, 4 cyl s10 or whatever to trade. This car is rust free other than the rear wheel wells that have a couple rust holes. Recent tuneup, and water pump.

Well, #4 is not bad. If I had another daily driver, I would just keep it, but it is my daily, and I have no money to put into it. Someone could buy it, and put a little work into it, and have a great car.
