Is there any hard evidence that this piece increases air flow? If so, how much? whats the actual gain from the mod? TIA

It helps with throttle response. I have had a couple. No hp gain that I am aware of. Al has one in the 1A2.

Thanks Bill. Throttle response is just what Im looking for right now. Cheap easy mod, then later on in life, who knows...I smell an LT4 conversion kit with some headers in the future!

Better read up on those. If I remember correctly you'll want to set your sights higher. I could be wrong....

LT4 only had 30hp over the LT1. Not worth $2500. I think of better ways to get your lost hp back. Then you can spend the rest making more power.
