any one ever use a b&m Shift Plus electronic Shift Improver?

i was replacing a fuse on my viper remote start/alarm and i saw a few wires wrapped around a box i had never noticed before so i pulled it down and followed the wires and theres another box with a 3 position switch under the little removable tray next to the ashtray took the numbers off of it and looked it up online its a B&M ShiftPlus electronic Shift Improver. Has anyone ever used one of these things? its seems to be a 50/50 online for reviews some say its great others blame it for trans problems....... thanks in advance

Never seen one, but have to guess that all it's really doing in upping the line pressure. The same can be done with an ECM reprogram.

As far as hurting a trans, doubt it. Raising the line pressure will put more of a shock on the hard parts, but the clutches and band will live longer. I will also lower trans temps due to less slipping.

then i guess ill hook it back up and see if i can even tell the difference thanks
