Big Green feeler

Anyways. It is a 1996 2WD ECSB Chevy Cheyenne(W/T with chrome) 1500 pickup. It has a 5.0/4l60e/3.42/G80 combo. 171k on it. I have put 2k of problem free mileage on it myself. It really runs the balls. The truck has class three hitch, A/C, tilt and cruise, cloth seats, and matching grey rubber floor. There is a tear on the drivers seat, and the rear bumper is rusty, and small dent on cab corner. The only thing I see it needs is a little rust repair to both cab corners. I will change the oil, and install the ball joint before it sells. I have replaced the tail gate handle, and bezel, and the alternator, but even with it going out, it still got me to Autozone. Brakes and tires are good. The rust was the only thing the inspection mentioned No CEL lights. Other than the small spots of rust, this is a ready to jump in and go, no stories truck.

Well I have decided to keep the truck. I will just have to get my B-body the old fashioned way. Take a trip to Germany.

Put some Impala SS wheels on it and lower the truck. Problem solved.

I think it would look pretty cool, monochromatic grille shell with billet insert and maybe red bowtie, maybe painted bumpers if you feel like it, fix the rot and paint the rockers body color, SS wheels, lowered, SS tribute truck!

Coulda traded it for a non LT1

Try SELLING your Truck to Germany. What they're selling for over here equals about the average price of a low miles Impala SS in the US. Yes, that year. Yes, that color. Maybe even that mileage.
