Dear Bosch,

I am deeply concerned. I have used your products in my beloved VW for almost 4 years now with nary a hiccup. Yet when it comes to making a fuel pump for a 1993 Caprice, you fail miserably. Today, I recently removed one of your pumps from my car for the THIRD time in under 4 months and about 700 miles. Now, don't get me wrong. These are mechanical things... and they break but for goodness sake, THREE in 4 months? For shame. I am so sorry I wasted countless hours and $120 on what you consider a "quality" part. I have since come to my senses and bought an American made, AC-Delco part for less than what I paid for your Mexican made joke of a product. From now on I will think twice about even using your VW products as your piss poor quality control leaves much to be desired.

Regards,

A very bitter Chevrolet owner

I thought the same. But when tracking down my stalling issue back in the summer/fall I ended up testing all those things. Ask Steve how many times he told me to check the ground. Laughing. But the grounds are fine, I have plenty of voltage. I just can't get the Bosch pump to work. My guess is some sort of shitty electricals in the pump itself. I kept getting them from the same store so maybe a bad batch or something. They just don't put out any pressure.

Dear Bosch,

Yes I did. Now go tell your Mexican factory workers to try harder next time.

12V at the sending unit/pump. Like I said, I had to check all this during my stalling fiasco. The Bosch pumps just don't put out any pressure.

Dear Bosch,
I agree with cadet57, because I purchased two different o2 sensors made by you and both were proven to be defective. I will never buy another POS part made by you bums again.
Sincerely,
Another disgruntled chevy owner

I think Bosch has good products out there, but it seems their parts geared toward GM aren't calibrated right. Everywhere I've been I heard that Bosch 02 sensors for Chevy trucks simply do not work!

As i've said before. On my VW, if it doesnt have a VW/Audi logo, it has a Bosch logo. And I've never had a Bosch part go bad on my car.
