| Well i belive i finally have done it. About a month ago i picked up a electronic cig and guess what. havent had a real smoke in almost a month. Finally theres hope lol. | |

| ggod for you ,its tough as hell.. NOW throw the same amount of $$ you send every day into a jar see how much mad $$ you have at the end of the month, i throw in 20 a day (2 packs rounded off make it easier) the wife stop months ago (i dont smoke) its like working a part time job | |

| Good for you Ted!!! Your kids will thank you as much as you'll thank yourself. Although the electronic cigs still have nicotine (some at least) it's a step in the right direction! Keep at it and don't lose hope on those tough days at work!!!! | |
