Over on ISSF I have started a thread in the group purchase section to put a fire under the ass of a company to make lower rear quarters for our cars.

If you are in need of one or both, just go here http://www.impalassforum.com/vBulletin/showthread.php?t=219788 and post just one time. Once we have over 100 posts, I will email YearOne and Goodmark with the link, so they can see there is market to justify making the lower rear quarter repair panel.

You may want to set a lower goal. Like 50, or even 25... Maybe contact Y1 and see how many they would require to make a run... And knowing them, they'd be $200 a panel. Sad

I probably will email sooner, but just trying to get a good showing for a would be builder of them. $200 is about what I figure, but am hoping for about half.

I may try just an automotive replacement panel company, like Keystone.

classic industries might be another one worth contacting.
not sure if they produce there own stuff, but have dealt with them in the
past and have always been happy with there service.

I'd love to buy about 3 sets, but i agree, they will be $200 a side from either of those companys. And thats way to much. I may just get some sheet metal, and make my own, the finish won't be perfect, but i'll use that ruff undercoat to cover it.

Fiberglass is an easy way out, and can crack were bonded to metal. Once metal is welded, it is done.
