I didn't know they were waterproof.. Wonder if I had it mounted behind the grill if it would work? Thanks for the reply.

there are plate mounted EZpass passes...they are pretty easy to identify on the front of high luxury cars that have sungate type windshields...

any idea how much they are ?? Reg EZ Pass is $20/30. Was at the EZ Pass place in Portsmith a few weeks ago an they "tested" my ez pass an said it was fine.. Headed down to the drags and it worked !! I was thinking what the hell did they do to it to test it.. Well goin home threw the toll it didn't work Surprised I did tell her I have a Sungate Windshield BUT all she gave me was a deer in the headlight look affraid

After reading this thread it makes me feel less crazy about almost never taking toll roads...I'll take the extra couple minutes and take Route 1 thank you...LOL

Well we are on the road a lot.. Back and forth to NH so tolls are what you live with.. Plus I can't waste my time goin down a road goin 25mph when the speed limit is 40/50 Surprised Time gets valuable when ya get old like me affraid

I've had my plate transpoder for a year now and love it. They gave me that stupid look when I told them my windsheild one didn't work. The Impala SS is not on there list so they get confused when they see something they haven't seen before. However they did credit me every time I went through the toll to get this mess figured out.

I don't mind the Hampton one "as much" since NH actually takes care of their roads...but I never ever take the Mystic River (Tobin) bridge, I live right near it and have never paid the toll once in my life. Laughing
