| Hey Guys, I know it's not a B car, but it's still one of my rides. I had purchased a set of take-off H2 17"x8.5" wheels and tires about a month ago, but the 35's (315/70/17) wouldn't fit and I chickened out on the body lift I was gonna install to use them. So I sold the tires (for more than I paid for the whole setup!) and got a set of 33's (285/70/17) instead. Got em from George at VIP! Thanks! Sold the stock rims and tires off the truck, too! So I got a whole new set of wheels and tires for like 150 bucks after it was all said and done. Pretty cool, I think! Here they are before I swapped out the step bars for full length ones. And a butt shot... lol Went to breakfast with my mom and stepdad this morning and he happened to bring his project fiero out. Man that thing looks TINY beside my truck!!!! Only had to trim the fender lips a little bit... It actually still only have MAYBE 1/4" clearance on the firewall side of the wheelwell at full lock, but I don't think it's rubbed there yet. Most of the rubbing was on the front. I also had to modify my stock centercaps a little to reuse them. They have plastic caps that thread onto the lugnuts to hold them on so I figured it'd work easy, but no such luck. The caps have 4 little stand-offs on the base of them that set on the lug face. They kept them from fitting on the H2's because the lug faces are recessed on those rims a bit, so I just had to trim a lil bit more than 1/6" off the standoffs and they fit fine. No biggie. Dremel sure did come in handy for this rim swap! So apparently, you CAN fit 33's on a 2500 non-HD, with just a little trimming and a torsion bar crank. Although, I think I only have one more crank until they are maxed out... Anyways, I totally diggem and just had to share. I think they look BAD ASS! _________________ Bill "The Verb" Crovo - Resident Car Slut & Unicorn Hunter A Toasted Marshmallow, A Long German, A Lame Suburban and expensive dreams... | I like it a lot! I love a big set of tires that barely fit rather than a lift with tires that look tiny on a big lift. Love it!

| Love the wheels!
I put a set of new take-off '09 Tahoe 18" wheels with new tires on my truck after getting them online. You can find some amazing deals out there. | |

| I think they look sweet. And the GMC center caps really make your truck look upscale. |

| Thanks guys. I really like them. And they are pretty quiet, it handles better, and the ride isn't all that bad. Stiffer but smoother, if that makes any sense... _________________ Bill "The Verb" Crovo - Resident Car Slut & Unicorn Hunter A Toasted Marshmallow, A Long German, A Lame Suburban and expensive dreams... I noticed when I put the newer wheels on my truck, they had less backspacing and it made it handle awesome Yeah, I think that has something to do with it. And the rims are 2" wider than stock and the tires are probly 3" wider, too! _________________ Bill "The Verb" Crovo - Resident Car Slut & Unicorn Hunter A Toasted Marshmallow, A Long German, A Lame Suburban and expensive dreams...
