Photo shop help

I want to do some simple custom paint to my other long roof. The HHR Panel

I was woundering if anyone could photoshop black from the body line up,(body line is just above the tail light and door handle and curves down ever so slightly at the nose by the grill) and seperate the two colors with yellow and orange flame stripe front to back?
