| Whats up guys.. As some of you know, the front pump on my transmission is about to go. Its VERY loud. I haven't driven the car in over a month now..
Anywho, a couple deals have fell through on a cheap used transmission so now I'm desperate. I Just need a transmission that will make the trip to WagonFest and back for the most part.. This will be my 5th WagonFest and I REALLY don't want to miss it.. The car will be getting a T56 over winter so I dont want to spend money on a rebuild, and I honestly don't have the money to spend anyways.. This car is absolutely killing me. If somebody can help me out I'd like to spend max $300.00, and even at that, it breaks me. Maybe someone has an extra laying around they can sell cheap or let me borrow? Any help is greatly appreciated.. Thanks guys.. -Paul

| There was a guy in Oakham selling one from a '95 van for $150. He posted it on every craigslist location in new england. Don't know if he still has it but it may be worth checking into.
I know at one point Billy threw one down a hill at his house to hide it from the evil do'ers. Maybe you can con him into pulling it back up.

| If I can light a fire under Al's butt, then I can get you the one out of the marshmallow in a couple weeks... Sorry it's taking so long.
Maybe you could work something with Timmy? His tranny he bought from me is just sitting at Al's shop now... _________________ Bill "The Verb" Crovo - Resident Car Slut & Unicorn Hunter A Toasted Marshmallow, A Long German, A Lame Suburban and expensive dreams... | I have at least one good rebuidabe core out of a 94 ss. If you want it you can have it. Maybe Al can do a rebuild for you on it. |

Ive got the core out of the Parts wagon.. local guy(friend of my brother in law) will rebuild it for 700.. I just dont want to spend that much since i plan on doing a 6-speed.. I'd just like a cheap used one to get me through Fall..

| Every time I pull one I sell it for $250, so your $300 cap sounds reasonable for a used one...sadly I don't have any right now. I will keep my eyes open

| I have a 96, 40k miles (supposedly). I want 500 for it, but your bringing a tear to my eyes with that story. $300. It's out on the floor, been in the shop for 4 years.
And I owe brad! Lol | |
