Yes pretty much all GM radios are interchangeable. Only thing you have to make sure is taht its the same DIN size. I'm not sure if the '95 Caprice was using the 1.5 din or 2 din yet... | |

| They are factory GM radios from the mid 90's. Why wouldn't they? The mounting might be different but I'm sure it can be made to work. Caprice never got a double din. Roadmaster and maybe Fleetwood used a double din 95-96. | |

Yeah the Fleetwood did too. The '96 we have at work is double. | |
