Anyone had trouble getting a reply from them? I email 3 days ago about the t56 crossmember and 373 reluctor. No reply as of yet.

They've never replied to any of my e-mails. That's why I never ordered anything from them.

I don't know y people have email if they don't use it!! I'll have tocall, I need that crossmember.

Sorry I don't know where else to check for the Xmember.

I just talked to Dan, ordered the crossmember and a 373 reluctor. Shipping them out "today" i hope!

yes it was, quick and to the point, i like that kind of business. Already shipped my Reluctor, i'm hoping my crossmember gets out today also.

So 19 days, still no crossmember. So much for having them in stock. I can say at least Dan has been in contact with me, but the "i'll call them today" is getting old. I'd still buy from them again, just make sure its truely "instock" before i buy.

it took Dan a year to make and send my stainless quad headers so he gave me the cats for free

Gesus, well I wouldn't mind wiating if he'd told me, but instead he said they had it in stock and would ship the same day. Now I realize he can't speak for the fab guy, but don't tell me it's good to go and will ship same day when u don't know. I hope it doesn't take to much longer.

He must be trying to get it delivered in less then a year

It's dissapointing to say the least.

I wasn't impressed with them either. Got the axles very quick, but they were the wrong ones. I told him I thought they were the same as the Imp SS (and they are) then he asked ques like, "what are you running for gears?" which has nothing to do with the legnth of the axle. But they at least found a good home.

I agree on a refund. If you don't hear back in a few days, week tops(worst case) and even if the parts aren't on the shelf that is the worst. You would atleast expect a timeline on your parts if they weren't in stock. Lately my customer service service experiences seems excellent or subpar.
Yeah-seems like Dan gets his exposure during "custom" exhaust builds or new products and afterwards fall short. I have my own.

This is the reply i got from Dan last night over on ISSF PM.

"I just spoke to them. In three weeks they have lost both girls for the office and are behind. They have it ready and were going to ship Monday. I asked if they could get it dropped off TODAY at a UPS depot and the owner said he would. This way it puts it to you next Thursday. Sorry for the wait, I had no idea it would be so difficult.

I wouldn't have a problam waiting, if he hadn't told me it was "in stock and will ship today" 19 days ago.

Before our meet I ordered a xmember from Mike Harris, he confirmed having one and I paypal's him when I heard back from him. He told me shortly with a tracking# so that was pretty fast for a vendor and not a online company with my experience. When I have ordered headers from Dan and Focuztech BOTH times I asked for 100% certainty they were in stock not like Summit racing and you know as it hits a shopping cart w/ a backorder date.
I too am done with those vendors for reasons not adding fuel to anyone's experience, sorry.

Got my crossmember today, almost didn't. It was "out for delivery" at 12, he comes at 1. I watched him drive right on by. WTF....

Checked the UPS tracking. "Name incorrect business or resident address, UPS is trying to find the correct one."

I was wild!! Called UPS, she said the name is

I said are you kidding? The sellers name is on it instead of my business name, gesus i'm telling you what. So needles to say, after 1/2 hour on the phone, the local depot called me, gave me a time where he would be. So another 45 out of work. But i have it now.
