| Well it should have said "Another Rhode Islander is here" but I figured I'd introduce myself in Voe Dylandeeez.
My name is Ernie and I'm new here. I own a 96 Caprice Classic wagon that has all of the factory optional lights buzzers, whistles, and bells. Of course, it has the wonderful LT1 engine too. I've had it for about a year now and it's my daily driver. So far I've added some 9C1 wheels, and a Flowmaster cat back dual exhaust with H-pipe. I've been battling a few gremlins with it but one by one I am vanquishing them.
That El Camino in my signature is an 87. It's undergone a complete restoration. I take it out to a few car shows a year. | |

| Thanks for the welcome folks. The color is Acura Magnesium Metalic. I've actually got six El Caminos right now. Two are drivers and the rest are parts cars. As you can tell, I'm into Elkys. I'm on the board of directors for the National El Camino Owners Association with over 15,000 members. I'm also an Admin on the largest El Camino website on the net. www.ElCaminoCentral.comI usually bring the Elky to the All-Chevy show in June sponsered by RI Chevy Owners at Diamond Hill Park in Cumberland. Anyone else go to it? | |
