| Hey guys,
Working on finishing the C10's front end rebuild. Seems hammering on the balljoint rivets knocked some hidden rot loose and now I got a sizable hole in the arm.
Anyone have a driver side upper arm for a 73-87 C10? Bonus points if you are coming to mod day!

| Can't just weld it back up? I saw a c-10 in the local yard last time I was up there, probably has the arms still on it. If you don't find one let me know and I will go there this coming week. | |

| Can't weld it up...my skills suck.
Might just bit the bullet and buy the dorman arm for $60. Don't want to finish this job and shell out for the alignment and then the inspection guy say "need a new arm to pass" and do this over again.

Might just bit the bullet and buy the dorman arm for $60. For money like that, may as well just to get a nice clean piece instead of taking a gamble with a New England one.

| ^for mo low?? I hope you gusseted those arms.
I'm not going to take the chance, going to order the new arm. By the time I get a used arm and rebuild it with new cross shaft and bushing etc etc going to cost me more than new arm in time and parts. Besides if it's thin enough to develop a 3x1in hole, the rest is not far behind.

| Yup for frame to ground kinda low. I plated the top completely across with 3/16" Steel. they are not finished yet. Still need more metal added to the bottom and I think I'm actually gonna have to cup them to allow the bags to fully deflate AND have the frame touch pavement. But the arm now has full motion and can actually swing up into the frame,
I would go "new" if the rest of the arm looks like junk.
