Looking for a handheld Hypertech programmer, need to change gear ratio in pcm to correct speedometer.

A used one is pretty much useless unless the original car/VIN was changed back to stock settings, returning the "tune" back to the programmer. I have one I got on the cheap that is VIN locked and will have to pay $100 for someone to set it back. Otherwise, a new one is $300 or so.
