from bad to ..... I am totally F*****

Started my day playing with this unique little guy,



2005 Morgan Aero8...... Now don't be fooled, this little guy is a beast!

aluminium chassis , fiberglass body, only a gas tank and wheels in the back with a BMW 5 series 8 cylinder in the front.



brand new he paid $140k and waited 3 years to get one. The car is nuts! The only other car Ive driven I can can compare it to throttle and clutch wise is 2010 ZR1. Lots of low end power, cruising it was ok, it was built to take off and run open course.

He dropped it off so we can store it for the winter, with 3 of his other cars. Well while driving it to the barn about 15 mins away, down a straight road, in traffic going with the flow, a focus about 3 cars up signals right and starts to ride the shoulder to turn. I dropped into 2nd, and started to go left around it, not crossing the center line. The rear end didnt wont to follow and decided it wanted to cross the center line into on coming traffic. Any other time I would of been shits & giggles riding it out but I was on rt119 and had about 30 cars coming at me. (plus Im in a $140k car that aint mine) So with not choice but to over steer I started to fish tail and try to keep it in my lane avoiding the line of traffic screaming by. I caught the shoulder , jump a rock and kissed a wall








With 40 or so witnesses and the 5 people in the driveway I scarred the the hell out of , I got a good turn out from 911, 3 different towns responded cause I started fish tailing in Pepperell and hit a wall in Townsend.

Air bags went off, but the stupid car is so little my head hit the top release instead, Got five stitches and a lollipop , plus i got to ride in an ambulance which Ive always wanted to do since a little kid and that was a first.

.... So add this on top of me being hit with a FELONY charge for allegedly doing a burnout in July 2011 last week , like the title says Im totally F-----!

Holy FAHK dude. I hope your alright, but it SUCKS for the owner of whatever shop you work for, to have to explain that one.

I already called the owner of the car, he is some what understanding about the situation, he even said the pedals suck and what not. We carry a 2 million dollar policy at my shop because of these cars.

Damn dude. I always wanted to drive one of those. I don't think I woulda driven it into a wall tho...

Hope they are VERY understanding and you get to keep your job.

NPD has had a hard on for me forever, most charges they cant stick or get a witness to testify. They got something so they ran with it.
I heard the warrant was out so I turned myself in ( to avoid being pulled over with a funny odor in my car )

Got hit with a $1500 bail.... Lawyered up, and just waiting for the probable cause hearing to see the basis of the warrant and witness statement......

..... The accident is what it is, as for the burnout incident, That made the internet with out my help. The local news paper ran a nice article and a pic of my charming face to go with it.

talk to the owner of the Morgan yesterday face to face...... and I shit you not, the guy look at my shoes then said it was his fault !


..... no BS, he really said it, you need ballet slippers to drive it, one foot can work the clutch brake and gas at the same time. He was so mello, I couldnt of ruined a nicer guys car ...... he also said it was an expensive toy he didnt need. So he isnt to bothered by it cause he knows we will make it right. But come on, you gotta love it when someone else takes blame for you smashing their rare $100k car.


..... Parts are available, so we shipped it tonight to a Morgan Dealership in NY to rebuild it.

Congrats on getting off the hook, lol. I was gonna say, where the hell IS the nearest Morgan dealer? LOL

Sounds like you got pretty lucky.

Maybe he's just happy that you saved him the winter's worth of storage fees now that it'll probably spend the (at least) winter in NY!
