Hi everybody, I'm Lynol; I didn't bring my car, but I met some of you folks on Sunday at the Roundup and was encouraged to join. I had a great time chatting and looking at everyone's cars. I'm a friend of Dave P. (95BRMW) and some of you may already know me from the Longroof forum and the SS forum, which I've been on since 2009 when I bought my '92 OCC. There's been a few Caprice wagons in between, but the OCC was the one with the staying power -in fact, the OCC surprised me and wound up being my favorite car to date, and the one I prefer to drive over my newer cars; which in fact I'm selling because I have no desire to really drive them anymore. I also have a 1975 LeSabre convertible, which while rough looking, is a great car to drive and got me really loving that generation B-body. I also enjoy the box generations as well. I test drove a 305 Parisienne sedan a few years ago, expected it to be a slug and a boring ride, but it's ride and relative power surprised me. That deal didn't work out, but it's got me wanting one more and more. Now, I have to tell you, I no longer live in New England, but for many years I resided in southern Connecticut. My family still lives up there and all my friends from HS, so I still go up there often, and I look forward to making another event and ya know, actually taking my own car. See you around! -Lynol

Glad you made it official Lynol. Anyone that has a wagon knows Lynol. He makes all the meets, WagonFests and whatever else is going on. He goes to Florida for the WagonFest down there. He has got a nice looking Custom Cruiser.

Glad you made it to the meet.

Welcome! it was good to see ya. I've seen the CC, probably more than once. Oldsmobiles are my favorite. I've got an olds rocket tattoo haha.... Interestingly I don't have a desire to own a Custom Cruiser.

Great to have you. I know there are some serious boners in here whenever an OCC is mentioned, so you will be happily welcomed.

I really like that you have a love for ALL B-bodies, even the oldies.

Doug

Thanks for the welcome, guys. Also, here's my LeSabre in it's current state. It's technically metallic brown, but there's a lot of black primer there too.

Hey mang, thanks for coming to the meet. I know you and your cars from Youtube as well- I should start a channel for my own shenanigans at some point...I have one but it's only got a couple things uploaded and I haven't touched it in ages.

Look forward to having you around the forums! You definitely gave me some new ideas for shirts, LOL.
