| I've got five real nice RMS-style aluminum wheels with tires on them here I was saving in case I traded my Caprice for my brother's Roadmaster (since his aren't so nice), which may still happen if he doesn't stop nagging me, but who knows...I just don't know if I want to do it because the dome light in his car doesn't work. All of the tires on them are 235/70/15. IIRC, the date codes on all of them are around 2008? Two tires are matched "Definity" brand with the blackwalls facing out, and these wheels have RMS style centercaps on them. The caps are mint. The tires have good tread and I'd say they're usable. There are whitewalls on the inside but I don't think you're really supposed to flip tires inside out once you've driven on them, and you'd have to scrub the hell out of them anyway. Next up is a wheel that is also excellent with some kind of a "Super Sport" brand tire on it with a somewhat aggressive tread. This tire is in nice shape but doesn't match any of the others of course. No cap. Next is a whitewall tire with excellent tread as well, in 235/70/15. Brand is "Centennial Interceptor Touring"... This wheel is also nice. No cap. Wheel #5 is in good shape overall without clearcoat peeling and stuff like that, but has some light scratches here and there toward the center, etc. I think it would look as nice as the others with a detail. No cap. It has a piece o'chit Yokohama tire on it. I forgot to take a pic, I'll try to get one up today as well as the tread on the other 4 good tires. I planned on removing two of the mismatched tires and putting some blackwall snows on them if I wound up using them (That is if I had the Roadmaster). I'd say you'd be hard pressed to find nicer wheels like this for sure. They already look nice as-is, with a Powerball Mini and some polish/wax they'd be awesome! I don't really know what to ask for these, maybe $300 for everything altogether? Open to offers, interesting trades of parts+cash maybe, might split up the set if someone doesn't need all of them since I know the tires aren't all the same... but I'll obviously give a better deal for all of them sold together as a set. If you're interested let me know! | |

Yeah, but now he can have a set of both! I also sent this to my brother. He needs tires.

Hahaha...I don't know what to do, people are telling me to do it and other people say not to. Something is messed up with either the twilight sentinel (the dome will not shut off after you close the doors) or a door switch and we never figured it out. My brother had this ghetto sub box in his trunk that some stereo place hooked up for him (I have no idea why he paid to do so) and the ground they hooked up fell out in the trunk. He drove it home like that and some stuff in the car went haywire. After that the dome was still messed up. It's probably the green box under the dash or something, I dunno. I like the car but my Caprice has way less miles on it than the Buick. The Buick was Ziebarted when new and the underside is still black, except for some rot in the rear lower quarters the body is nice. The driver's seat is worn, and it has a few other little problems like the AC compressor is bad (it's basically it's own delete pulley) and stuff. It does have a new Delphi opti and all tune up parts, bunch of other new parts such as new window rollers in all the doors, comes with ss wheels, has dual exhaust, etc... Still looks like that, but has a few rock chips in the hood paint, the pass. fender and door were replaced after a fender bender (but the repair looks good), it's prob. got 140K on it now. My brother just doesn't think he wants it anymore because of the Optispark and the hell it put him through having it fixed, it's his only car and he thinks the TBI Caprice would be more reliable...since he had an 89 before the Roadmaster. He wants my chrome Wheel Vintiques Rallys too though. Just saw the car an hour ago, it's making me indecisive again...

| I'm not too big on the RMS, but your bro, who looks almost a carbon copy of you, has a very nice looking car there. I would even rock it. You two should swap cars for like a month and see if anyone figures out you are imposters hahaha. Btw, I will buy you wheel vintiques right now dammit. Cash... | |

No offense to anyone, but Matt I wouldn't swap cars with your brother for a month, not after hearing you explain how he treats the Roadie sometimes! But I say why not! If the opti has been done already why on earth would he be worried about it happening again sometime soon? Also, if it only has the 1/4 panel rust DO IT! I think its a nice looking car! It would also look nice next to the 77 Bonneville you're gonna get

| Hahah...I've seen that Bonneville twice in as many days... Still undecided on the RMS swap, the car looks tough on the SS wheels right now when I look at it and it's clean overall, but I do prefer the lines of the Caprice a little. But anyway, here are some pics as promised of the tread on the tires and the fifth wheel I have. The whitewall tire: That offbrand A/T looking tire: The two Definity blackwalls: Fifth wheel (I never cleaned this one so there's dirt on it here and there...but it's not too dirty to handle) | |

| I know right!?! Either way, I still have mine if anyone's interested, make offer, they're "wicked nice" condition wise as the pictures show and I don't think I'll be using them. I tripped over them yesterday and almost fell on a rabbit, I sh!t you not. I would trade them all toward a really nice set of Impala SS wheels/tires, or other things maybe. | |

| Really want to move these, I know someone out there wants or needs them for at least the wheels. If anyone in W-MA is interested, I should be out there on Saturday and might be able to fit them all in the Caprice. | |

| That'd be cool, come by n'shoot teh shyte? lol
Let me know before then if your brother's interested. If he NEEDS tires, they are more than just fine for that, then before winter comes he can just throw snows on the two wheels that have mismatched tires or something. And if someone here wants just the wheels, and someone else wants just the tires for whatever reason, maybe we can figure something out. I just don't want to pay to be breaking down rims and tires and all that, you know?
I wonder if anyone on the wagon forums needs them.

| Ok..final offer, I'll let all 5 and tires go for 200 to the forum...if I don't hear anything, they're going in storage! May consider trading these for a set of Roadmaster sedan tuck and roll style seats that are in MINT condition, no rips, stains, cracked leather, etc., front and back, in navy blue for my Caprice. | |

| Haha. Well "mega" isn't on the forum so...Someone emailed me and came up quick from the south shore tonight, I kept the 2 RM center caps since they were going on a Caprice and they didn't need them.
Glad someone is using them now, but they really should have gone on a nice RMW woody in my opinion...lol
