1994 RMW ....... Green with wood.......


140,000 miles or so........ Vista roof, 3rd row, tow hitch, shitty buick rims.......



.... Now please understand this is a cheap car, so I am not describing every flaw or problem. Over all the vehicle is complete and so far it seems everything works. There are a few quirks, but if you know these cars then you know they all have their own funny flaws. I bought it as a project but had an affair with my lac this weekend and I want her back on the road.


It starts and drives. No knock, no smoke, no leaks. I did drive it home about 10 miles, felt good, the tranny didnt slip either. The opti is nice n dry,and all the lines look good. Tires are good for the summer. It will need a tie rod and basic up keep. The perivous owner loved the car. ( he had a RMS and a badass 77 monte w/ blower ..... his teenage son destroyed the car.


the car is dented all around and smells like the marlboro mans coffin........not pretty at all........ surface rust but no rot! the frame is solid and so are the jambs. Of course the spare tire well has a hole

I will post pics later this week........ If i took the time to detail it and then post it for sale, I would get $1000 no problem.



.... and for you mass guys.... I do state inspections ..... and I never reg. the car, so I will get a 20 day you can drive it home on, then get another 20 day tag after that expires

If I clear it you must drive 50 - 100 miles with out it coming back on before it passes, I cant F with the state computer ....sorry....

It will pass for safety 100% not trying to do anything "illegal", no CEL's or emissions on her..... but every year I get hassled on the air bags, tints, chain steering wheel, and exhaust. whatever car they may be in. And as far as I know it's all legal and DOT approved. (except maybe the tints )

I'll let u know when the sticker comes up on the Black car.

Sorry dude, that wasn't my intention. Was just trying to let people see it. And I still don't see why you can't ask or expect to get $700 for it. This is America. You can ask whatever you want for it and if people don't like the fact that you're trying to make a few bucks tell them to pound sand.

Not a bad price at all for the wagons shape. No complaints here. As long as it runs, everything else is secondary IMHO.

I have to say this if I buy buy anything and I pay $5 bucks for it and I want to sell it for $25,000 that is my 5 bucks I want to make money with it so be it ! I believe since this thread has already fulfilled it's original intention and purpose (selling a $ 700 RMW) completely (as the car was sold), it must now be considered an Abandoned or Open thread, therefore it should be legal to use any space left between the current End of Thread and The End of All Threads with any topic evolving from the original's intention and purpose. (Selling the RMW > Selling the drivetrain > Guy putting it in Audi > People talking about Audis).

Which also means this ain't thread jacking. AND you could talk about Miatas right here now, since the connection between Miatas and the original thread has been made.

......... as for a w8..... I just fixed one...... total junk..... poor mans A4, even thou its overpriced....... had to get into 3rd to hit 60mph.... yes it handled well and seems fast if you never had a V8, but what a pos.......

Yeah... its a POS. There is a reason VW shitcanned it. Not sure why it's a poor man's A4 thou since that motor started in the A8 an ended up in the Phaeton. The Passat was an afterthought.
