RMW "trunk" button Empty
PostSubject: RMW "trunk" button   RMW "trunk" button EmptySat May 09, 2009 2:32 am

Hi again! Another question for you: In the last few months, pushing the trunk button on my RMW would sometimes work and sometimes not. If it didn't work, I would lock and unlock the doors (even though they were already unlocked) and then it would work. Now it doesn't work at all. The only way it will open is with the remote button. Anyone know what causes that? I took the panel off and screwed around with it, but I don't see anything real obvious as to why it won't work.

I can only assume you mean the button on the dash. Does the button on the back door release the window?
It might be a bad connection at the switch.
