Just found a deal on a black FWB, Will need to sell the gold edition 96 brougham I have first though. I could use a million parts from it for a few projects so I'm not against parting it out for cheap. Asking $1200 for members. Will sell lt1 and 4l60e separate or together. If I am partig out I will be keeping some interior and the hood/grille/headlights/bumper. The rest is all up for grabs.

The one in Wallingford CT is a 230k black car that needs a ton of suspension and drive train work i talked to him yesterday, I also believe it's got a ripped drivers seat, ripped door panel, and the headliner is falling. . . But for $600 it might be worth it. Im looking into a black one with a green front clip. My car is mint besides the upper chrome that's peeling, and the inner front fender wells. It's kind of a come look deal. I am taking the complete interior and front clip (bumper to windshield) and possibly the drivers door. I may need the tail lights, but I think I may need deville ones instead. (fleetwood ones are wider correct?) I hat to cut this car up it's really in great shape... But I need the parts and a black/black one is what I'd really like. I'm gonna let it simmer for a few days on CL to see if I get any bites on complete car, I basically paid $3200 for it, so I'm gonna try and get as much back, but realistically probably better off parting it out. I'll keep this thread updated,

I believe they are aluminum wheels. (could be really dirty chrome though Smile. If you get the car let me know. This might actually be getting cut up. The black car I believe is the same one ive been chasing since NH, I believe it came from Peabody,MA it was a funeral car (for flowers) I got the biggest DIBS ever on that car if you buy and decide to sell in the future. This black Peabody car wouldn't happen to have wide 70s/80s whitewalls on it would it? The ones like several BADASS members made, not those ridiculously wide whitewalls. If it does, I remember seeing a higher mileage FWB for sale in black with those tires that looked real clean, was always on/off CL and sometimes parked in Revere/Saugus, MA. I'm surprised it needed that much done if it's the same car.

Specter, Its not for sale or part out anymore. Unless he's gonna offer a ridiculously unrefusable price on the motor/trans combo. Deal fell through on the caddy I was looking at in west MA. BUT if you know where a cheap one is and wanna buy it for the motor and trans I will be happy to buy the interior and other various parts from it to help cut down your cost. This ones gonna be my winter beater.

ohh ok..yea..well all summer my friend would be buying stuff for his caddy and dumped a lot of cash into it already..was just looking for a cheap LT1 for him. He does not have a rediculous amount after doing all this work to find out the engine is about to blow.

Thanks though. Very Happy

Yeah it's in really nice shape body wise, but the chrome is peeling on the upper fender strip, and there is 2 fist size holes in the inner fender wells. The drivers seats a little worn and it's definitely been through winters before. It's a nice caddy, but the wagon is really not appropriate to be riding around in the snow, so I really don't have a choice. (I drive the wife's Chrysler van as an a-b anyway) by winter beater I just mean its the second car that is used in emergencies I guess. I dont plan on running it in the salt flats or anything.... It is for sale (as everything has SOME price tag) I just don't wanna give it away for nothing if I'm not able to slip into another one right away. Arrow

1994/1995 motor from any caprice, impala, roadmaster, trans am, camaro, or fleetwood. 1996/97 blocks will work too but they have obd2, different knock sensors, and crank positioning sensor and will need modification.

Enjoy it. Only needs a few things. Just did some searching on it and found it was from AZ originally. No idea how long it's been up here. I'm a little upset my blue motor is going, but will live knowing it's going to club members/family and I'll be able to find a black one now. Arrow
